Campus Search
The admissions process begins with carefully selecting schools that will best enable you to meet your academic and career goals. You will spend hours exploring each campus, meeting with staff and professors. This will allow you to discover each school’s strengths and weaknesses.
Applications
Once you have chosen the colleges you would like to attend, you must apply. Each college has different criteria for admission. It is important to consider how you will present yourself as an ideal candidate. You will fill out several applications and write in-depth personal essays to paint a picture of yourself for each admissions committee.
Testing
You will also take one of two standard admissions tests - either the ACT or the SAT. Different colleges may require different tests. Both tests require intense study which will lead up to a long day with a "Number 2" pencil and a bubble sheet.
